Thank You for Making the Moving for Good Walk a Success!
As the benefitting charity of the Lynn Macaulay Legacy Project’s Moving for Good: The Walk to End Chronic Homelessness, which took place this past Sunday, we are thrilled to share the amazing results!
Thanks to the incredible support of our community, we had around 50 walkers and received 100 individual donations, raising just under $15,000 for the residents of Supportive Housing of Waterloo.
Your participation and generosity have made a direct impact, helping to fund SHOW’s vital life skills programming and wrap-around support for older adults in our community who need it most. None of this would be possible without you!
If you weren’t able to attend or donate yet, it’s not too late to contribute. Every dollar helps SHOW continue providing essential services to our residents. CLICK HERE to donate now.
Mayor Dorothy McCabe speaks to the importance of supportive housing options in our community.
