We are the owners of the property at 362 Erb Street West.
April 2008
Region of Waterloo Council approved flowing the funds from our AHP grant so that we could purchase the property outright.

Our offer was accepted!

We also applied for and were approved for a CMHC Partner Development Fund of combined loan and grant of $100,000, and at the same time the CMHC SEED fund gave us a loan of $10,000.
January-February 2008
We started to negotiate reconfiguring the size of the land we wanted at 362 Erb St West in Waterloo

We were approved for a Homelessness Partnering Initiatives grant of $93,000.

We hired Campaign Coaches to do a fundraising feasibility study.

Punch Communications designs our beautiful logo at no cost to us in September at their Create-a-Thon.

We put an offer on a property in August, 2007 followed by the withdrawal of the offer in September, 2007.

We receive almost $6000 from Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association in August. And were also approved for a CMHC SEED grant for $10,000.

Approval of a 2.1 million dollar Affordable Housing grant.

Incorporation as a non-profit.

First meeting of board of directors of Supportive Housing of Waterloo.

"A Feast from the Heart" event could be any gathering - dinner, lunch, a coffee or cocktail party, a summer barbeque at the cottage, a birthday party or Canada Day celebration - in your own home or public facility, in support of the SHOW You Care Campaign for Supportive Housing of Waterloo.
