SHOW’s first apartment complex will be constructed at 362 Erb Street West in Waterloo. Each of the 30 units is with affordable rent and supports and will be approximately 500 square feet in size.Common areas within the building for meetings and recreational activities will be available for all tenants.
The Board of Directors of SHOW and Client Advisory Council will meet monthly to share ideas and evaluate programs. By collaborating with relevant community groups to generate solutions, SHOW is committed to helping the economically disadvantaged in Waterloo find a place to call home.
